Spoiler! Post-credits Scene from POTC:AWE
May 28, 2007
Did you leave the theater before the credits were over, at Pirates of the Caribbean: At World’s End? Quick, go here and watch the scene that played at the very end, when a bunch of us were already in the lobby.
In case the video disappears (quite likely, given copyright issues), here’s a summary from Wikipedia:
In a post-credits scene set ten years later, Will reunites with Elizabeth and their son. As the Dutchman appears, it is accompanied by a green flash.

oh you spaz! let the masses dig that up on their own! seriously, by now if you didn’t stay till the end end end (unless you had like a crying baby or small bladder or something) then you haven’t been paying attention people!!!!!! wiki also cited something about will being released from his bonds after that first 10 years for good behaviour or something. i don’t know how they got that out of the last seen?!

I saw that wikipedia quote too, but it was on the DIS Boards and I can’t find it on wikipedia, so I’m guessing it’s been edited out for one reason or another.
And c’mon, have a little pity on those who didn’t know they needed to stay through the marathon credits, or who wanted to get those 10-year-old kids home by midnight!

The link in my post above doesn’t work anymore . . . as predicted, they’ve taken the clip down due to copyright violations.
Sadly, all I can tell you is that Google is your friend. Copies of the video crop up here and there. And there’s plenty of message boards debating what really happened at the ending, the meaning of the curse, etc. Most of the theories I’ve heard are summed up in this Yahoo Answers (Singapore) thread.

the 10 year thing was cut out of the script.. you can read about it on imdb.com ..it said they cut out a part where it explained that if calypso had been there when davy jones came back after 10 years, he would be freed from the flying dutchman.
