CatGuest Weekly Podcast

April 1, 2008

I am now truly a multi-media sensation, yay! Dan and Eric of MouseGuest Weekly Podcast have found themselves a bit overwhelmed by the day-to-day responsibilities of running a weekly podcast, a growing travel agency, and an expanding interactive web site. So, they’ve asked my BFF Lisa and I, aka Those Darn Cats, to take over hosting the MouseGuest Weekly Podcast for the time being.

So, don’t miss this week’s CatGuest Weekly (mp3), in which we discuss Walt Disney’s clear and unfortunate discomfort with the feline set.

Sambycat, are you pondering what I’m pondering? Today MouseGuest Weekly, tomorrow the world!

It was awesome to see the roles reversed and the fine ladies that make up “Those Darn Cats” got to entertain us over the entire show and Eric and Dan were the mid-show entertainment (we love ya Eric and Dan)

Here’s hoping we get more All-Cats-All-the-time shows. Ya’ll have a different perspective and it gets even better when Jennifer’s young sidekick and travel partner joins in with Lisa to form a fine trio of Disney fans.

Aww, thanks Grumpwurst! I told The Wachamacallit about your comment over dinner tonight.

    His first response: “Yay!”

His second response: “You mean his name is really GRUMPWURST??”

Tell The Wachamacallit that Grumpwurst is a mashup of Grumpy and Bratwurst. Two of my favorite German exports.

Granted, I also like German beer and pretzels but I couldn’t come up with a cool sounding screen name with those….LOL

Too bad this was a joke. You gals deserve your own show.

  • 8. Jennifer  |  April 2, 2008 at 9:54 am

Jon, thanks for your kind words! :)

Grumpwurst, you don’t think betzels would have been a fun name? ;)

Even though betzels sounds cool, it doesn’t sound as exotic as Grumpwust does it….lol
