You know, I just had to smile when I saw that Otis Day and the Knights are playing at Epcot’s annual “Eat to the Beat” concert series.

EPCOT has given me many absurd music encounters, but by far the most absurd was standing in front of an artificial Japanese pagoda while Survivor played “Eye Of The Tiger (Theme From Rocky III)” 100 feet away.
