According to Dryout.com (by way of PRweb.com), there was a significant mold issue at the Grand Floridian Resort at Walt Disney World, but it’s been resolved. Sounds like one family had an interesting day:
The moldy discovery came from the guests themselves when a Florida family checked into their $788 per night hotel room hoping for a magical getaway. What they got instead was a room filled with a musty odor, much like that of an old fishing cabin at a lake that hadn’t been aired out since the previous summer. It didn’t take long before the guests spotted a dark, powdery substance on the walls and along the baseboards of the Grand Floridian Resort & Spa. Concerned for their safety, the family left immediately and checked into a different resort.
The press release goes on to explain that the problem’s been resolved. And it also has the funniest sentence I’ve read all day:

Did they really shut down the Floridian and gut it to clean out the entire mold?
I can tell you the manager on duty that night was flabbergasted, when I started taking pictures they called security, this was the night before Easter last year.
I haven’t heard anything about the entire GF being shut down . . . which I’m sure would have made the news in a much bigger way.
If anyone is interested and spread all that is going on in disneny let me know, what I will tell you anyone can prove it. For instance do you know that disney is firing employees that had been there for many years, in order to hired an outside company to do the job? and guess what? the company is full of illegals and when if immigration comes they call everyone no to come and only a hand full of employees will come to work, because those are the only ones legal in this country? well if interested for real I can tell you much more even with names. I call immigration in W.DC and Florida, and they didn’t care, and I know that they never went, how…..never tell but I know everything…..I call news papers and tv stations….nothing, at least here someone want to do something
