Following objections by parents in Great Britian, Disney has stopped selling High School Musical themed panties for “tween” girls.
The panties have the phrase “Dive In” emblazoned on them, prompting an uproar in the UK. According to Disney, the slogan is from the swimming pool scene featured in “High School Musical 2.”
The UK Mail Online has a picture of the knickers in question, which I was relieved to find after daring to search for “UK disney HSM panties,” and fearing what more disturbing things I might find.

yes – i saw that during my newfound career as exhaustive reviewer of entertainment shows from everywhere. several reported on the dorky looking undies. interestingly, the same 4 shows also happened to be each doiong a spot about the “LOST” michael phelps photo shoot – i.e.; him in merman tail swimming in a pool which was used as part of the “year of a million dreams”/annie liebowitz photos? you know, the cool one with julianne moore (oh god i am tired and on drugs – is that her right name?) eek! anyways, its my favorite in that series and hardly a “lost” photo session…..
